go-cti - Build a local copy of MITRE ATT&CK and CAPEC

Description:

go-cti builds a local copy of MITRE ATT&CK and CAPEC. It fetches Cyber Threat
Intelligence data including MITRE ATT&CK techniques, CAPEC attack patterns, and
CVE-ID to CTI-ID mappings, storing them in a local database (SQLite, MySQL, PostgreSQL,
or Redis) for use with vulnerability scanners like Vuls to provide threat intelligence
context for detected vulnerabilities.
